Stepping Out of that Comfort Zone

I admit I took very simple things for granted. I grew up with almost everything provided for me – I consider myself as one of those “lucky” people probably born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I depended too much on household helps that it took me 21 years to realize that I don’t know how to survive without someone to rely on. This is what I have learned in Cebu for my week long exposure as a work crew in Young Life Summer Camp for High School students. Seriously? Yes.

Annoying Kids On Air!

We all have those days that we get lucky enough to book a flight to a destination that we all wanted. You get your tickets. You get all so excited. You quickly pack your things. Repack your things because you think your luggage is overweight. You rush to the airport and prepare for boarding. You take a nice seat near the window where the sun is there to kiss your cheeks full of joy and your face gleaming with a twist of adventure. (Ok. That’s already over-the-top!) As the plane prepares for take off… you sit back and relax and adore the puffy clouds up up in the air.

When People Read What I Wrote

Clearly, I have been putting up different posts in this site and well, pairing them with pictures and stupid cartoons just to entertain myself. I reached 40 articles a few days ago! I was so proud and ecstatic that after patting my own back for a job well done, I immediately wrote more to compensate for my awkward happiness – as if I won an award or something. Lol! :)
