It has been weeks since I last posted something here – and I felt like tiny spiderwebs are already being spun around this site. The horror it must have been for you! Haha! Anyway, I was caught up with one job and I was pretty much married to it – not because it was “fun to do” but because I could not solve something that should have been done light-years ago. The simple fact is that: I did not understand what I was doing so I went all crazy!

Exercising Up A Notch : Guns, Hills, and Boats
Sometimes taking a break from your regular routine of exercise would be such a relief. This gives you a lot of opportunities to venture to other things like relaxation or perhaps a higher form of applied physics? haha! I’m talking about doing something different aside from running around your place, or your visits to the gym, or even swimming. I’m talking about an adventure (taking things to another level) – a test of your endurance and a new environment to get yourself acquainted to.

Huge Burgers And Fat Arms That Jiggle
Picture this: You are looking at the mirror and you saw a person wearing a cute tank top and you (among any silly notion) gave yourself a wave – the one that you often do when you say “Hi” or “Hello” kind of hand gesture (or “arm” gesture rather). You are now swinging your arms left and right and the fats begin to flap like large ripples of mushy stuff. Sounds familiar? Oh yes! Let’s call it “flabulous!” – FANTASTIC FLABS! Boooo!
This is a burger from Carlitos and it is 4 times bigger than a regular burger. Yummy! Continue reading
When The Human Body Goes Into Overdrive
I really forgot that I have a “human body” to take care of. :( Is it just me thinking about the unlimited things I can possibly do with my body? Probably. Yes, I was sick for several days now. Big BOO! My friends and family would blame me for the excessive abuse I always do on myself – as if I had a problem with that haha. I doubted denied it. haha. It’s quite funny when my dad and I would argue about these things I would always close it with “I’m a nurse!” statement. Then he would just be quiet and do an “I-know-but-you-are-overworking” grin. :)
I jog 5-6 times a week and I love playing badminton – fatigue. Go figure!

I Just Wanted A Bikini Body With Wonderful Abs
Nothing beats a “close-to-impossible” dream and moreover such a gigantic ambition that I really wanted to achieve before I start having wrinkles and white hair. lol. Sometimes All the time I joke around saying that my “magical” abs are hiding beneath my abdominal fats – which is technically true (anatomically speaking). I dunno. Truth be told, I wanted to see myself without the extra flabs, without the “soft cushion” so to speak. That’s why I am quite determined to carve my body the way that I wanted it to be. haha!
Just saying “Hi” to Nemo at the Boracay Island waters. Look! My black bikini top! Woooah! Continue reading
Diet always starts Tomorrow.
Now that the eat-tons-of-food-during-the-week-long-holiday is practically over, it is high time for me to focus on my ultimate goal of having a bikini slimmer body. True, I got the additional pounds. And since the first day of January is actually a huge celebration for all the people in this world (where the word “diet” is not an excuse), I just had to let it slip. So, for the remaining 364 days of 2012, this DIET PROJECT of mine is seriously on! I mean, capital S – Seriously!
I have weight issues. I love food but I want to lose these extra fats on my belly, thighs, and almost everywhere! Aaaaack! Continue reading
How to Lose Those Extra Pounds in 2 weeks?
Here we go again with the weight loss bonanza. If you have not read my previous post about Eating like crazy, then I suggest you browse over it for a bit. Alright, the basics first: 1) FOOD is good! 2) CALORIES are unevenly distributed in food and 3) excess CALORIES make you FAT. Got it? So we’re going to attack the calories for they are the cause of our worries. Haha!
Ok, so I’m doing a lot of exaggeration. Truth is, I love food and I hate the calories. Haha! Continue reading
Experiment 1.0: Eating like CRAZY!
Eating without consequences? I was very curious of the human body if it is really possible to gain so much weight in 2 weeks and lose them all again in 2 weeks. A month long experiment with a total abuse of self and now I am blogging because I am halfway there. Well, the first half of the experiment was really EASY to do since it involves a typical sedentary lifestyle with loads of KFC chickens, buckets of rice, large amounts of gravy, softdrinks, and everything that my heart was screaming for (count in those pizza, pasta, more pizza, more ham, more cakes, food, food, food, and whatever!). I GOT TO EAT MY FAVORITE TREATS IN TWO WHOLE WEEKS! I KNOW? Shut up. haha!
Literally pushing the limits of my poor experimental body. Haha! Life Lessons I guess? LOL. Continue reading
Cheesecake and Calories! Yum!
Got a delicious Blueberry “oozed-up” Cheesecake from Maridel’s at the Plazuela. Very FOOD-GASMIC!
I don’t know if you people enjoy a slice of cheesecake but I definitely would want to ask for more especially if paired with its noble lover – the ever famous coffee. I love cheesecakes and if I could wish for anything in this world then you bet it. I’d say not cheesecakes, but ZERO CALORIES in cheesecakes haha! I got you good!

Protein Power
For several months, I have tried cutting my relationship with carbohydrates. This taught me the importance of protein. Ever heard of “calorie-counting?”Who would have ever thought that protein-rich foods are NOT high in calories? I am now a nurse and certainly I may have forgotten this fact. *Sorry teachers.*
Browsing through some old Nutrition books and magazines, the key here is that “Though MOST proteins will cost you a few calories than fruits and vegetables, proteins can make you lose weight.”
This is me and a few of my closest college friends. Taken shortly after a huge meal of protein-rich food and not to mention a weight-loss enemy — “pasta.” Continue reading
